For each one, you can decide which way you want the rain to fall and use the Motion Blur filter to emphasise the motion effect. Simply double click on the file once you've extracted it and choose Photoshop when the options come up for which program you want to use to open the file if you don't already have Photoshop open, the program will open in order to import the brush. These could be useful for adding some whimsy to your designs, or for adding accents to original illustrations.
